We’re Merchery. A team of young souls driven by a common passion: creating merch that people will actually love. Our vision centers on the idea that weaving a story around each product enhances its emotional value, shifting corporate gifts from throwaway items to something meant to last a lifetime.
This shared vision is our north star, but our culture is what fuels us everyday. We've consistently placed high value to what it would feel like to work at Merchery, ensuring that our productivity and growth stem from a place of inspiration.

In April 2020, Benoit Fortpied and Simon Polet had an idea. To create ‘Merch that Matters’ by moving away from cheap, unwanted items typically associated with corporate swag and placing sustainability & design at the core of the business.
With the intention of doing their best, their little project quickly became a bigger project. We’re now 25 with the hope of positively disrupting the merch industry.

At Merchery, feedback is key to a strong, supportive culture. We’re a startup that prioritises employee well-being, especially in meeting the needs and goals of our workforce. This means balancing their aspirations with our company’s objectives, creating an environment where everyone thrives. Our approach? Quarterly feedback sessions that flow both ways, plus casual one-on-ones, “HR walks,” and surveys to keep conversations open and improvements ongoing. This culture keeps us growing together, aligning team goals with company goals, and making sure everyone feels heard and valued.

Beyond gifting thoughtful items to our employees, we’ve prioritised creating a workplace people are genuinely excited to come to each morning. We believe employee well-being is essential to a productive, thriving work environment, directly impacting the company’s well-being itself. What we’ve built is more than a workspace; it’s a community full of bonds, laughter, partnerships, and trust. And we’re committed to doing our best to nurture this environment every day.
